Empire Finance, Victory Lending, State Finance, Liberty Finance, and Dixie Finance are a part of the Wallace Finance family of brands. Wallace Finance, LLC owns and manages nearly 150 personal finance retail locations across six states and multiple brands. Founded in 1972, the company has grown and evolved from the original business and entering the lending space in 1980. The company continues to grow and evolve ensuring that we are able to meet the changing needs of our diverse customer base. The companies we manage are licensed, regulated and audited by all states where they operate and fully comply with all laws and regulations in those states.
Our senior management and field leadership teams have over 200 years of combined experience in which we use to serve our store locations and retail customers.
It is important to us to ensure we practice Responsible Lending, meaning we look at more than just credit scores. We examine a borrower’s financial stability, borrowing history and willingness to repay a loan, so we can ensure we offer the best loan option for your income and financial situation.

We do not charge any hidden fees. All of our fees, the interest rate and your loan terms including the monthly payment amount and the payment due date are clearly outlined on the loan contract and they do not change during the course of the agreement.
